Completion of Times Square at Craig Ranch

Dallas most trusted roofing company was awarded this prestigious commercial roofing contract featuring an 800,000 square feet, five story building with 77,500 square feet of Span standing seam roof and 60,000 square feet of Firestone modified Bitumen.

STEEL ROOF
Our roll-formed metal standing seam steel material is an ideal roofing material because of its strength, extraordinary outdoor corrosion resistance and longevity. Your steel roof can be galvanized to provide extra (up to twice) the corrosion protection. A steel roof delivers the optimum combination of the features of aluminum and zinc – the barrier protection and long-term durability of aluminum and the galvanic protection of sheared edges that is characteristic of zinc. Steel can be bare, painted or have a thin, clear acrylic coating.

COPPER ROOF
Our installed Copper metal roofing will not rust and has no finish to scratch or peel. It is soft enough to easily tool and weathers naturally to a beautiful, natural green patina.
