Commercial Flat Roofing Dallas Contractor

These are great examples of commercial roofing using heat-reflective light-colored material on a flat roof. This application of flat roofing construction shows how clean and neat we can make your building's roof.

Neat seams keep the roof watertight. Even application means no hot/cold spots of temperature gaps. It also means no low spots for rain water to pool and weigh the roof down.

The lower photo shows how a raised deck can be set up on top of your flat commercial roof. The photo shows the raised deck outline is in place waiting for the decking material. We are a roof company, but we can also do construction. I point this out as a great way to get extra use of your building's roof.

For creative, commercial roofing -- done right -- call Alpine Roofing Construction at 214-528-9897 today.

Dallas Roofing Estimate

At Alpine Roofing Construction, we get many requests for estimates on the cost of a particular roofing job. We wanted to inform our prospective customers about what goes into providing you a fair price that we will honor:

• SCOPE OF WORK
We look at the entire project, look at blueprints (if available). We look at all components of the roofing job including: square footage, joins and edges, the slope of the roof face from flat to steep, etc.. We also look at environmental components: the angle of the sun, the temperature conditions (it gets hot in Texas!), the wind and rain the roof will be in and so forth.

• MATERIALS
Sometimes at Alpine Roofing Construction we have to match preexisting materials, just in a roof repair job or a campus that is adding a new building in the same style. We have an entire blog post on metal roofing materials. Your residential roofing job may also call for Spanish Tile. When it comes to shingles (wood or asphalt or synthetic) there are many options and not all of them are created equal. Flat roofs on commercial buildings also have several options that differ as to how they prevent leaks and reflect hear.

When you are getting a roofing estimate or quote, make sure you are matching the quality of materials. Lesser roofing companies try to underbid through sub-standard materials made in Mexico that will dissapoint you in their lack of performance, but by then it is too late. If you have any questions on roofing materials, just ask. Our friendly professionals will address your needs and budget.

• STRATEGY
Yes, there is strategy to roofing. There are smart ways to tackle your job and we know how best to make you happy while saving money. In a construction project our roofing has to coordinate best with other vendors and we can help you get the most efficient results.

We look forward to hearing from you. In Dallas and throughout Texas, direct your roofing estimate inquiries to Alpine Roofing at 214-528-9897.

Dallas Roof Contractor

As Dallas' premier roof contractor, Alpine Roofing Construction works with commercial contractors on construction projects of all sizes. When choosing a roofing contractor, be sure to look at their track record.

Some will bid dangerously low because they use substandard supplies. And when the roof they did shows its shortcuts, the roofing contractor is long gone and the client is left hanging.

No so at Alpine Roofing. They spec the right equipment and parts for the job -- whether that is a custom house, radiant barrier roofing, housing complex repair, or restaurant. Alpine Roofing works with architects, builders, construction companies and property management companies to deliver solid roofing solutions as a trusted contractor.

Experience the Alpine difference for yourself. Call their Dallas office at 214-528-9897.
